What energises you at work?
Running around after a boat unload, trying to see all of the bright shiny new corals we’ve gotten.

What’s the biggest misconception peoplehave about your job?
That I just sit at my desk all day, I love going into the shed for photos, looking for amazing new pieces and getting stung because I was too lazy to put on gloves hahaha.

What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?
Either sitting at home under a blanket with a tin of cookies and my cat with the aircon blasting or convinving someone to go for a hike with me.

Favourite coral and why?
Leathers, they don’t get enough credit, but they are so beautiful when you see them from up close.

What do you love about the job?
Trying to make friends with the fish and rummaging through the tanks looking for all the little gems I can hoard.
